Leaving on a jet plane...

Krabi!!! Here I come!!!

It's been 4 years since I last went to Krabi. I was back again on 11-15 Jan 2006. This time I visited Ao Nang, the more developed and touristy part of Krabi. I must say that I prefer Phi Phi Don (where I was at 4 years ago) due to its more rustic feel. Nevertheless it was still a good break.

Here are some memories to behold...

Accomodation: Ao Nang Paradise Resort
Superb service and breathtaking mountain view. Clean rooms to boot as well

Food! Glorious Food!

so are those that bake the cookies...

Every CNY mom will bake these delicious cashew nut cookies and pineapple tarts. They are the best I have ever tasted, just like what PCK would say, "Best in Singapore and maybe, JB too!"

Reminiscence...

It is the time of the year for Cinderella-hood again. My mom never spares me the chore of springcleaning before Chinese New Year. Today I decided to explore the cupboard which I dared not venture for a year, it was drudgery at first but as I slowly plowed through the paraphernalia, moments of my past crept back to me...

Rave party at Lichfield

"Go-yang go-yang... go-yang go-yang..."
Tonight I was introduced to indian trance music at the party at Daniel's place. If anyone is interested in live indian entertainment, please contact Daniel for info.

A few points I learnt from the women at the party:

1. Women-only conversations are more interesting.

2. Ladies, you should always have a stole scarf ready, in case you have a bad hair day.

3. Puffy eyes or hangovers? Simply ask the host for some party accessories.

What God puts together, let not man put asunder

Looks like Sheena has come to terms with his brother's impending marriage. This is what she got for us at her recent Disneyland (HK) trip. Since this will be the second time she's experiencing a "loss" of a sibling (the first is the marriage of her older sister), think it will be easier for her. I'm cracking my head to think of ways to involve her in our marrit-ing preparation so she can feel part of it. Any suggestions?

Now I can hao lian bah

Finally got my heart's desire - magenta Motorola V3.

This is my first camera phone. I know, very backward right? I don't not believe in paying for mobile phones hence I always go for the $0=basic functions=only for calls and sms type when I upgrade my plan. However, this pink phone stole my heart and I paid $146 for it.

Now I can hao lian bah liao...

"Godma, will you buy me more pretty pretty clothes?" *blink blink*
